Role Description
This full-time on-site role for an Account Manager is based in Missoula, MT. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing product or service information, facilitating issue resolution, and identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling. The Account Manager will also work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently. Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Experience in account management, client communication, and conflict resolution
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
