At the heart of this transformation sits a newly created AI Strategy & Innovation function, responsible for embedding data, analytics, and AI thinking into every decision the business makes. As an AI Analyst, you’ll play a key role in bringing this vision to life, turning data into actionable intelligence, uncovering opportunities for AI application, and shaping how insights are delivered across the organisation.

This is an opportunity to work alongside senior AI leaders, engineers, and strategists, contributing to initiatives that redefine how technology powers customer experience, operations, and product development.

Key Details:

• 4x roles available: Mid-level, Senior, Lead/Principal
• Salary Range: $95,000 to $175,000 base, plus 15% bonus, private healthcare, meal vouchers at partnership restaurants, and career development sponsorships
• Location: Remote-first with technology hubs in New York and San Francisco
• Career Outlook: A clear path to progress into Senior/Principal AI Analyst, Head of or equivalent, or AI Product Manager roles. This role sits within the newly formed AI Strategy & Innovation team, offering exceptional exposure to leadership and cutting-edge projects.

Key Experience and Skills Desired:

• AI and Analytics Expertise: Proven experience using modern analytics tools to extract insights from large and complex datasets. Familiarity with machine learning workflows, model evaluation, and basic LLM applications preferred.
• Data Storytelling: Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly valued.
• GenAI and Emerging Tech Curiosity: Interest or hands-on experimentation with OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, or similar GenAI frameworks for automation, content generation, or customer engagement.
• Business Understanding: A commercially aware mindset, with experience using data to inform product development, marketing strategy, or customer experience improvements.
• Collaboration and Communication: Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to partner with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to shape and execute data-led initiatives.
• Continuous Learning: A passion for innovation, curiosity about the latest developments in AI and data science, and an appetite to grow within a fast-evolving technology environment.
