Computer Science Teacher: 2026-2027 School Year

General Summary:

  • Hamilton High School
  • Grades 9-12
  • Business Education Teacher: Computer Science Focus
  • 1.0 FTE
  • One position available

Position Goal: The Hamilton School District is looking for a highly motivated Business Education Teacher at Hamilton High School. Interested applicants will be enthusiastic, positive, team oriented and self-motivated with the ability to plan, create and implement differentiated lessons. The selected candidates must possess a strong command of Business Education content and have a strong background of experience to deliver effective instructional strategies for all students. This position is responsible for delivery of a challenging, relevant, and engaging curriculum to support student learning. Additional responsibilities include supporting students in other subject areas and other duties as assigned by the building principal.

Qualifications : Certification by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction in Business Education (1250); experience integrating technology applications across all content areas preferred; experience in teaching business education with a computer science focus at the middle school and/or high school level preferred; and such alternatives to the qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience and competitive benefit package.
