Assistant Project Manager | Santa Rosa, CA | $130,000 – $160,000

I'm working exclusively with one of the most respected general contractors in Northern Califonia — a firm that has built its reputation not just on delivering exceptional projects, but on the culture it has cultivated along the way. They've earned the recognition to prove it, and more importantly, they've retained the people to back it up.

They're now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team on a meaningful local project in Santa Rosa. This isn't a role where you'll be filing RFIs in the background. This is a company that invests in its APMs, gives them real responsibility, and builds careers with intention.

What they're looking for:

Someone who has genuinely grown into project management — not just held the title. They want an APM who has been in the room, contributed to decisions, and can point to medium-to-large scale Bay Area projects in the $20M–$100M range and say "I helped build that."

Equally important is tenure. This client values people who commit. If your resume shows longevity and loyalty at your current or previous firms, that's going to speak volumes here.

The right person brings:

• Solid APM experience on mid-to-large scale commercial or mixed-use projects across the Bay Area, with project values between $20M and $100M
• Proven PM capability — you've been trusted to run scopes, manage subcontractors, and keep projects moving
• Strong communication skills and the kind of presence that earns the respect of owners, subs, and internal teams alike
• A track record of staying — this isn't a culture built on revolving doors
