This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent based in Austin, TX. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily on-site operations, overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining schedules, and coordinating with project teams. Additional responsibilities include monitoring budget adherence, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring all projects meet the highest quality standards.

• Proficiency in Construction Site Management and a strong understanding of Construction Safety practices
• Excellent Organization Skills and attention to detail for managing project timelines and workflows
• Experience in Budgeting and cost management in construction projects
• Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders effectively
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Ability to adapt and manage priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or a related field is preferred
