Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm, is seeking an Entry Level Analyst position in their Dallas, TX location.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client requests while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of all project deliverables
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders across written and verbal channels
• Build and manage relationships with cross-functional partners and third-party vendors
• Maintain project trackers and lead client meetings to share progress, milestones, and risks
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements in project execution and workflow efficiency
• Foster long-term relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders
• Quickly learn and become proficient in proprietary products and client business lines through hands-on engagement
• Partner with clients to evaluate new requirements and implement updated workflows and processes
• Work with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities and perform well under pressure
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Foundational understanding of financial services and investment management operations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Collaborative team player comfortable working with both junior and senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
