This Executive Assistant position provides high-level support to senior leaders within the marketing team at a leading investment firm. The role offers significant exposure to marketing strategy, cross-functional initiatives, and high-impact projects, enabling close collaboration with senior leadership and insight into the firm’s broader marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for senior marketing executives
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and cross-functional projects
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders
• Support special projects and marketing initiatives as needed
• Serve as a trusted partner to the marketing team, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in finance, large marketing/PR agencies, or comparable
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
