Hiring: Field Training Specialist

Location: Farmers Branch, TX (Hybrid)

Pay: Up to $65,000/year (Depending on Experience)

Travel required, approximately 40 to 50 percent.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Field Training Specialist delivers hands-on, in-store training and coaching that supports operational excellence across Yogurtland locations. This role partners directly with franchisees, managers, and team members to teach brand standards, strengthen skills, and ensure consistent execution. When not supporting field activities, the Field Training Specialist assists the Training team with LMS administration, reporting, and related support tasks

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach managers & team members on-site to reinforce standards
• Support new store openings from pre-launch to day one
• Ensure SOP compliance and operational consistency
• Assist with LMS management, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Lead workshops, trainings, and regional learning events
• Partner with franchisees and field leadership for success

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience training, coaching, or leading teams in a multi-unit or franchise restaurant environment
• Familiarity with LMS or learning technology platforms
• Ability to teach clearly, build trust quickly, and give direct, supportive feedback
• Comfortable facilitating both one-on-one coaching and group sessions
• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage travel and schedules independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• High school diploma required; additional education or certifications preferred
