Job Summary

Offshore Montauk is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily property operations and guest experience beginning Summer Season 2026.

This role will lead front desk, housekeeping coordination, and overall guest services, ensuring a seamless and elevated stay consistent with Offshore Montauk’s coastal hospitality approach.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping coordination, and guest services
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, including self check-in workflows
  • Maintain high standards across cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure room readiness
  • Partner with the Leadership Team on operational performance and guest experience initiatives
  • Monitor occupancy, rate execution, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in hotel operations or front office leadership
  • Experience with PMS systems (Cloudbeds preferred)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
  • Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to wear many hats throughout the property

Compensation

  • $65,000-$75,000/annual

Schedule

  • Full-time, including weekends and holidays during peak season
  • Year-round role with flexibility for winter time off
