This is a full-time, on-site Legal Assistant role based in Seattle, WA. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide critical support to attorneys by drafting and reviewing legal documents, performing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, managing case files, and ensuring efficient communication with clients and stakeholders. The role requires a keen eye for detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Proficiency in Law-related tasks, including understanding legal terminology and performing legal research
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal paperwork
• Strong Communication skills for client interaction, correspondence, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Competence in Administrative Assistance tasks such as scheduling, file management, and maintaining office organization
• Knowledge of legal assistant practices and requirements, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
