Job Description

The Caturus platform was founded by Kimmeridge, an alternative asset manager focused on the energy sector, with subsequent additional investment by Mubadala Energy. Caturus is building an independent, fully integrated natural gas and LNG export platform in the U.S. through a combination of its upstream operations and Commonwealth LNG, a 9.5 Mtpa LNG export terminal in southwestern Louisiana. Together, they will provide low-cost energy on demand with the lowest carbon footprint.

The Manager, Security will oversee the security operations planning and organization at all sites related to Commonwealth LNG. The Security Manager will manage the implementation of the Site Facility Security Plan (FSP)/Facility Security Assessment (FSA) to ensure that the Facility Security Plan and facilities are ready to respond to any changes.

Key Accountabilities:

• Schedules and conducts both live and tabletop security drills and exercises in coordination with industry partners, local response teams, and CWLNG personnel.
• Serves as the facility’s primary liaison to federal, state and local law enforcement agencies pertaining to security related issues
• Manages all security initiatives as to security system integration and contractor.
• Knowledgeable of cybersecurity and works well with internal IT department.
• Develops and manages annual security budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary by management.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders to enable their work and to maintain a secure work environment.
• Acts as First Point of Contact for escalation of issues on Physical Security and responds accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications :

Education, Certificates, and Licenses:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study required. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience related to the knowledge and skills demanded by the position (e.g., armed forces security, military police, federal law enforcement, or corporate security).
• Experience within Oil and Gas industry required. LNG experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Able to provide clear work instruction to subordinates.
• Process Safety knowledge base and experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in security access control platforms.
• Knowledgeable in CCTV video platforms.
• Knowledgeable in TWIC implementation and management compliance.
• Knowledgeable in TWIC Reader Rule compliance.
