Job Description: We're Hiring Picker Packers! Do you want a stable job with a chance to grow? We're looking for new team members at our factory in Jefferson City. What You'll Do: Make and package our products on an assembly line. Use a scanner or computer to find items. Check products to make sure they are high quality. Pack and get items ready to ship to customers. Work with your team to meet goals. Keep your work area clean and safe. You're a Good Fit If You: Are reliable and a good teammate. Can stand, walk, bend, and lift. Are okay with working overtime when needed. Are willing to learn how to use a pallet jack. Join our team and help us make great products! Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all safety guidelines for operating machinery and handling materials. Operate and Maintain Machinery: You will be responsible for running and maintaining production machines to meet manufacturing standards, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during operation. Production and Assembly: You will produce and assemble products according to specifications while following all safety guidelines for product handling and assembly processes. Finalize and Prepare Products for Shipping: Your duties include finalizing products and preparing them for shipping, with an emphasis on safe handling and packing procedures to prevent injuries and product damage. General Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards and ensure a safe and efficient production flow.

Shirts or t-shirts must be gray, have sleeves, and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes, rips, or embellishments. You will need to have STEEL/COMPOSITE TOE shoes prior to orientation. NO Jewelry allowed, NO earrings or facial piercings allowed. No profanity.
