This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in landscaping operations who enjoys coordinating projects, supporting crews, and maintaining organized operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily field operations and crew schedules
• Support project execution and communication between office and field teams
• Assist with material coordination, logistics, and reporting
• Track project progress and ensure operational efficiency
• Provide administrative and operational support to management
Required Qualifications
• Landscaping industry experience (required)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and documentation management
