Part Time Operations Associate (Long Term Temporary)
Schedule: Parttime, approximately 4 hours per day (flexible scheduling)
Location: Onsite with occasional remote flexibility
Status: Long term temporary (no defined end date)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Part Time Operations Associate to provide flexible administrative and operational support during a period of organizational change. This is a utility-style role for someone who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly, and is comfortable supporting multiple functions as needs shift.
This position is not customer-facing in a traditional front desk sense—no phone coverage or greeting duties. Instead, the role functions as a behind-the-scenes account/operations support partner, assisting with administrative, billing, and internal coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary day to day and may include, but are not limited to:
General administrative and office support across departments
Customer service–related billing support
Filing, archiving, and document organization
Plate file obsolescence and records maintenance
Assisting with internal employee events and initiatives
Supporting quarterly Health & Wellness challenges, including:
Tracking participation points in Excel
Supporting fulfillment and distribution of employee orders from the company swag store
Ad hoc operational and administrative projects as assigned
Potential support on nonconfidential HR projects (e.g., general filing or administrative assistance)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Highly flexible and adaptable; comfortable with changing priorities
Willing to pitch in wherever help is needed; true “utility player” mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Basic to intermediate Excel skills are a plus
Prior office, administrative, or operations support experience preferred
Additional Notes
Workload may fluctuate; there may be times when fewer tasks are available
Some remote flexibility may be available on an as-needed basis
This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time, steady work with flexibility and variety rather than a highly structured position
