JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our clients Strategic Technology Delivery team is seeking a Program Manager to support large-scale initiatives across the Operations & Technology organization. This role will be responsible for coordinating multiple programs, ensuring effective collaboration across teams, and driving structured program execution from planning through delivery.
The Program Manager will partner closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to manage project planning, requirements gathering, risk mitigation, and delivery oversight. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and experience working within fast-paced technology environments.
The ideal candidate will bring experience managing end-to-end programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining visibility across project schedules, resources, and program deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage project charters, schedules, resource plans, and budgets across multiple initiatives
• Participate in program intake processes and facilitate prioritization discussions with stakeholders
• Gather high-level requirements and document project scope, dependencies, and deliverables
• Coordinate project kickoffs and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams
• Manage multiple simultaneous programs while ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved according to plan
• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes by optimizing scope, timelines, and resources
• Provide program-level status reporting and updates to sponsors and stakeholders
• Facilitate regular program status meetings including agendas, presentations, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external partners to drive alignment and program progress
• Support program management standards, best practices, and documentation processes across the team
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of end-to-end technology program or project management experience including design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support
• Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both peers and executive stakeholders
• Strong note-taking, follow-up, and action item tracking capabilities
• Ability to problem-solve and work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong cross-functional leadership and business partnering skills
• Ability to drive results and hold teams accountable to project timelines and deliverables
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Program Management tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project, and Smartsheet
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience leading large-scale programs or enterprise initiatives
• Experience managing program budgets and financial planning
• Experience managing global project teams with competing priorities and multiple time zones
• Ability to gather information from multiple sources and translate insights into visual presentations and documentation
• Experience presenting complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
• Experience using JIRA, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet for program management and reporting
• Certifications such as Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus
