As we expand our partnerships with automotive dealer groups, OEMs, and service providers, RockED’s Network Partners team is growing and we’re looking for a Program Manager to help support and deliver excellent experiences to our partners.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and growth-minded Program Manager to join our RockED Network Partners team. In this role, you’ll manage and nurture new and existing partner relationships, define project plans, and help internal teams stay aligned up to and through program launch. Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year + Bonus opportunities +Stock options

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the day-to-day partner relationships from engagement kick-off through program launch and post-launch engagement
  • Own partner program strategy and execution by preparing project plans and meeting agendas, consulting on program strategy, synthesizing insights, providing performance reporting, and ensuring clear, consistent partner communication
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring internal and external teams stay organized and on track.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Content, Product, Marketing, and Partner Experience) to gather updates, coordinate next steps, and assist with partner deliverables.
  • Coordinate regular partner check-ins, QBRs, and reporting cycles, capturing notes, follow-ups, success criteria, key metrics, and expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor program performance and partner engagement metrics, helping to track milestones and flag risks or issues to senior team members.
  • Contribute to documentation and internal process improvements to enhance team efficiency and partner experience.
  • Stay informed on industry news and trends, supporting leadership with research and insights as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (~1-3 times per quarter) for partner meetings or company events.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a client-facing role such as program management, account management, or customer success in the automotive industry (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday) and methods and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • A collaborative, client-first oriented mindset and a desire to grow within a program management or partner success career path.
