Role Description

This role serves as the front-of-house presence for the office and supports day-to-day operations across the team. The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining a professional, organized, and responsive environment—handling front desk responsibilities, managing shared communications, and supporting general office coordination.

Compensation:

Starting at $18/hour, depending on experience

Part-time (20–25 hours/week)

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests, creating a strong first impression of the company
• Manage shared inboxes and internal communications
• Receive, organize, and distribute mail and packages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and shared spaces
• Oversee conference room scheduling and readiness
• Monitor and restock office supplies
• Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks across the team

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with consistency and follow-through
• Professional demeanor and awareness in a front-facing role
• Familiarity with common office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Prior experience in a receptionist or similar role is a plus
