Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Regional Closing Specialist supporting multiple offices. The role is responsible for facilitating and managing real estate closings, assisting in file processing, and coordinating escrow activities. The Regional Closing Specialist maintains consistent communication with all parties involved in the transaction and ensures all documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner. This position requires a strong commitment to exceptional customer service while effectively managing fluctuating workloads and shifting priorities.
This regional position will support our offices in Oregon, Dixon, Princeton, and Sterling. Regular travel between these locations is expected as part of the role.
