We are in search of two Senior Accountants and a Senior Financial Analyst to keep pace with our growth. We need real technical expertise, and experience relevant to our MHC / RV / marina industry.

The Position

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst thrilled to strengthen our team by continually:

• sharpening our analysis, understanding and reporting of business and financial performance; and
• applying an evolving array of AI tools to streamline our systems and processes for ever-greater efficiency, accuracy, reliability and speed.

You will fulfill those Core Duties while in the hot-seat, reporting to the CFO, accountable to:

• build Budget and Forecast processes that make it easy for property and asset managers to understand what drives asset performance and how to continuously improve NOI and cash-flow;
• support planning and execution of CapEx projects to deliver target returns;
• analyze and track asset performance in relation to acquisition assumptions
• and expected investor returns;
• support ad-hoc financing initiatives as well as normal periodic debt-compliance monitoring and reporting.

Qualifications

• Ravenous about learning and applying AI tools to drive efficiency
• Sharply analytical
• Problem-solver
• Loves to teach others how to fish
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance or Data Analytics
• 4+ years experience, ideally in affordable housing, real estate or construction. Best with expertise in Rent Manager® and Avid
