ERSG is seeking a qualified Yard Site Supervisor to oversee all Storage and Preservation activities for a leading wind turbine manufacturing company. The ideal candidate is local, or open to relocate. to Pueblo Colorado. This is a W2 contract expected to last 3 years.
Responsibilities
Site Management & Safety
· Oversee and manage all storage and preservation activities on-site.
· Ensure strict adherence to all site & company safety policies.
· Ensure safe and timely execution of all related site tasks.
· Manage the general cleanup of the yard in a safe and orderly manner.
Reporting & Communication
· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
· Conduct daily meetings with the team.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding component movements and transactions.
· Support and oversee documentation and reporting activities within Procore.
· Ensure timely reporting on any safety related event
Operational Responsibilities
· Review and verify invoices from labor contractors, including validation of hours worked.
· Participate in labor forecasting.
· Assist in reporting site issues, such as maintenance needs, weed control, water damage, and similar concerns.
