Join Firmament and work alongside elite European football! Our Summer Camps using the methodologies of FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, and Inter Milan provide young North American players the unique opportunity to train under the official coaches of these teams.

THE ROLE

As an Assistant Coach, you will be the bridge between our elite Spanish head coaches and the players. You will support training sessions, manage group logistics, and ensure a world-class experience for every participant. This are the main tasks that will need to be done:

• Support the coaches of Atletico de Madrid or Inter de Milan academy in planning and delivering training sessions.
• Apply the official methodology of Atletico de Madrid or Inter de Milan.
• Lead and supervise groups of young players aged 5–19.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and educational environment aligned with the values of elite clubs.
• Assist with camp logistics, organization, and daily operations.
• Communicate professionally with families, players, and staff when required.

• Philadelphia (July 6th to 10th, 2026) (4 candidates)
• New Jersey (Jul 13th to 17th, 2026) (4 candidates)
• Minneapolis (Jun 22nd to 26th, 2026) (4 candidates)
• Tampa (Jun 15th to 19th, 2026) (2 candidates)
• Orange County (Jun 8th to 12th, 2026) (2 candidates)
• San Diego (Jun 22nd to 26th, 2026) (1 candidate)
• Dallas (Jun 29th to Jul 3rd, 2026) (1 candidate)
• Nashville (Jul 20th to 24th, 2026) (1 candidate)
• Atlanta (Jul 27th to 31st, 2026) (1 candidate)

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Contract: Weekly (seasonal)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Soccer Background: Solid experience as a player or coach.
• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory.
• Profile: High energy, responsible, and great with children/teenagers.
• Availability: Full commitment for the entire week of the camp.
