- Answering phones
- Making (in canva and adobe) candidate dossiers
- Calendar, including scheduling zoom appointments
- Running background checks
- Doing reference checks
- Writing blog posts
- Supporting the principal
- Screening candidates for positions
- Office management (ordering supplies, keeping things organized)
- Attending meetings
Past interns have learned, above all, the subtle practices of working effectively in an office setting which seems obvious but has a learning curve all of its own. The environment is relatively informal and collaborative, with an emphasis on a high quality of work.
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in a competitive undergraduate program
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
