ABOUT THE CONTRACTOR 1099 ROLE:

The role is that of a Licensed and Certified by CareerCOACH, 1099 contractor to perform their coaching services. It is expected that a contractor will have from 20-40 hours per week available for billable work, marketing, education, training, and onboarding discussions.

This role requires no prior certifications or training – though it’s beneficial for you to have invested in an ICF, iPEC, or similar nationally recognized Coaching Certifications for consultative coaching.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Responding to and reaching out to inbound marketing results
• Conducting alignment Zoom calls with prospects and clients to understand employment needs, goals, and desires before signing up for services.
• Delivering services engagements that last from 3 days or spread over 5-9 weeks depending on the services requested.
• Attend all scheduled CareerCOACH weekly All Coach and individual meetings

TRAINING:

As part of the contract engagement, you will receive over 150 hours of training provided over 2 months, twice weekly, to bring together your current knowledge into the CareerCOACH System™. We provide access to our Google Classroom training platform supported with live semi-weekly trainings. Obtain certification in CareerCOACH practices, and 2 Assessment Certifications.

WORK 100% REMOTE:

All coaches provide services and are remote work-based Work-From-Home.

Like with all 1099 contract roles, you will be:

• Responsible for your office space and computer equipment
• Delivering our CareerCOACH System™ to clients
• Certification Training
• Engaging in and maintaining industry training commensurate with your role.
• Utilizing Enterprise Level marketing to earn and develop clients.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

• Contract 1099

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prefer 1-3 years of coaching or mentoring others in a public or private environment.
• Prefer Masters or Ph.D. degrees in business, marketing, and human resources.
• Bachelor's Degree is required, and a plus if in Communications, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or Counseling.
• ICF, iPEC, or equivalent certification, plus specific Assessment certifications are helpful, but not necessary to apply.

WHAT YOU EARN:

• Earn at a rate of at least $180 per hour as a CareerCOACH Certified Coach on a 1099 basis while assisting job seekers to obtain their next great role.
