Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-end residential builds? We’re working with a leading General Contractor based in Miami, FL, specializing in luxury custom homes including waterfront estates, beachfront villas, and multi-million-dollar mansions.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of some of South Florida’s most prestigious residential projects, working with top-tier clients, architects, and designers.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing luxury residential projects from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of luxury residential construction projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors
• Lead preconstruction activities including budgeting and planning
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor selection
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety on-site
• Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
• Ensure all work meets high-end finish standards and client expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
• Strong background in luxury residential construction (custom homes, waterfront properties, villas, or mansions)
• Experience managing high-value, detail-driven projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-end client expectations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
