LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THIS CLIENT.

Intake Support Representative has a wide range of responsibilities related to timely processing of the referral. The purpose of the position is to insure that all information in the referral packet is accurate before the first visit is made and to facilitate the data entry process of referral information.

CORI/SIR SEARCHES ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION/TO BE STARTED ASAP UPON OFFER ACCEPTANCE/Candidate fills out, Facility conducts (Candidate cannot start assignment until these searches are resulted).

Submission Requirements

• 1+ year full-time experience in a medical office [REQUIRED].
• Home Health Agency [highly preferred]
• 1+ year full time Data Entry experience [required]
• High school diploma [required]
• Working knowledge of health insurance coverage requirements [required]
• Knowledge of medical terminology [required]
• General computer skills [required]
• Active/Current Driver License [required]
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Perm address of traveler must be included in profile
