Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Legal Assistant who is eager to learn, grow, and take on meaningful responsibility. This is more than a traditional support role—you’ll be involved in both day-to-day legal work and key projects that directly impact our team and clients.

What You'll Do

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

• Conduct legal research and compile relevant case and matter information

• Support attorneys with both administrative tasks and project-based work

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and help coordinate deadlines

• Organize and maintain case files, records, and client information with a high level of accuracy

• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

• Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, depositions, and internal strategy sessions

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Paralegal certification is a plus but not required
  • 2 to 4 years of office, legal, or professional work
  • Natural and comfortable with exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and dependable with a strong work ethic

Your Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $45,000-$58,000, commensurate with experience
