The Registered Nurse Manager, Gastrointestinal Service s oversees the daily operations of the GI Lab, providing leadership and clinical oversight to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflows. This role manages staff performance, orientation, scheduling, and professional development; ensures proper maintenance and use of GI equipment; monitors quality and performance improvement initiatives; and collaborates with leadership on budgeting, policies, and multi-site operations.
