A healthcare organization in Albany, GA is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to drive nursing excellence, lead critical operations, and deliver top-quality patient care in a highly collaborative clinical environment.
Schedule
• Day shift
• 5 days per week
• 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
What You’ll Do
• Lead daily nursing operations and ensure excellent patient care
• Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff
• Manage staffing, schedules, and workflow
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and regulatory compliance
• Support staff onboarding, training, and professional growth
• Drive quality improvement and patient experience initiatives
What You’ll Need
• BSN required
• Active Georgia RN license
• BLS certification
• 2+ years nursing leadership or supervisory experience
• 3+ years Medical-Surgical RN experience
