CV Resources has partnered with a start-up construction client to find a Project Coordinator for a flexible position with options for in-office, remote, or hybrid work arrangements in Denver, Colorado.

In this role, you will oversee the organization and delivery of projects from start to finish. This includes aligning timelines, facilitating communication between clients and suppliers, and assisting internal teams to keep operations running smoothly and on schedule. Key duties involve monitoring project milestones, maintaining budget awareness, compiling necessary documentation, and proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful completion.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience coordinating projects and maintaining detailed schedules
• Strong communication abilities for working with clients and external partners
• Competence in overseeing costs and evaluating project performance
• Effective critical thinking and a high level of accuracy in your work
• Familiarity with commercial flooring processes is advantageous
• Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project tracking software
• Experience using QuickBooks Online would be a plus
• A degree in Business, Construction Management, or a similar discipline is beneficial
• Team-oriented approach with a cooperative and adaptable mindset
